About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Regular attendance and responsiveness are essential. You must work at least one shift every 5-6 months to avoid termination. Participation in orientation and training is mandatory.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support various store functions including order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Follow safety policies and promote a safe shopping environment
