ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement—picking up shifts and responding to contact—is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to do so may result in employment termination. You will attend a Target orientation and complete short-term training before starting to pick up shifts.

Guest Advocates focus on welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services and digital solutions to enhance guest loyalty. Key skills include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical Responsibilities

• Operate registers, handle merchandise, and support store services like order pickup and drive-up
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support compliance and safety policies
