Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in stores. This role offers a flexible schedule where you pick up shifts via the myTime app and are not on the posted weekly schedule until shifts are chosen.

You'll need reliable attendance, and must engage by picking up shifts at least every 4 weeks; also last up to 5 months of inactivity can lead to termination. Training will be provided to prepare you for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming guest service and assist with inquiries.
• Scan, bag, and help guests with products and services.
• Support checkout and store operations while maintaining safety and accuracy.
