You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a flexible schedule that may vary by store needs. Training is provided to prepare you for the role, including customer service skills and using store technology.

The position emphasizes reliability, attendance, and delivering a friendly shopping experience while supporting multiple guest services and programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services and the Target App.
• Scan and bag items accurately, in line with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area and stock shelves during open hours.
• Support various guest services like Order Pickup and Drive Up.
