Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate for On-Demand Team Member roles. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and help with purchases while keeping store standards high.

You can create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, with required attendance and at least one shift every five months. Training will be provided to ensure you’re ready to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly guest service and assist with checkout.
• Greet guests and help solve their needs.
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
