Job summary

MRA-The Management Association seeks an experienced Compensation Business Partner to deliver strategic compensation guidance to member organizations. The role focuses on market pricing, job evaluations, pay structure design, and total rewards solutions on an On-Demand basis.

As an On-Demand partner, you will work flexibly with multiple members, providing analysis, recommendations, and training while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
• Knowledge of pay structures, incentive plans, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with members to assess compensation needs and advise on strategy.
• Conduct market pricing analyses using salary surveys and databases.
• Perform job evaluations and determine classifications and career levels.
• Design salary structures, pay practices, and incentive programs.
• Educate members on compensation trends and compliance.
• Develop and deliver compensation trainings and materials.
• Manage multiple compensation projects with timelines and budgets.
