Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in compensation, total rewards, or related HR field.
• Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, analysis, and job evaluation.
• Knowledge of pay structures, incentive plans, and pay administration practices.
• Understanding of wage-hour laws and employment regulations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with members to assess compensation needs and guide strategy.
• Conduct market pricing analyses using surveys and databases.
• Perform job evaluations to determine classification and exemption status.
• Design and support salary structures and incentive programs.
• Lead compensation discussions with leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations for members.
• Support development of compensation philosophies and total rewards strategies.
• Educate members on best practices, compliance, and trends.
• Develop and deliver compensation trainings and materials.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
