Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, compensation analysis, and job evaluation.
• Knowledge of pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans.
• Understanding of wage and hour laws and employment regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with members to assess compensation needs and advise on strategy and market competitiveness.
• Conduct market pricing analyses using salary survey sources and compensation databases.
• Perform job evaluations to determine classification, exemption status, career levels, and recommendations.
• Design, develop, and support salary structures, pay practices, and incentive programs.
• Educate members on compensation best practices, compliance requirements, and trends.
• Manage multiple compensation projects with timelines, budgets, and expectations.
• Develop compensation training programs, workshops, and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support member engagement and business development.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and tools.
