Vineyard Vines invites recent graduates to join its On-Deck program in Stamford, CT, a 15-month, multi-rotation experience designed to grow future leaders across brand, product, and operations. You will rotate through 10 weeks in a customer-facing role, then three corporate rotations at the headquarters, with workshops and leadership development along the way.

A sign-on/relocation bonus up to $5,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in internships, clubs, or work experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in fashion and brand lifestyle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week customer-facing rotation to learn the brand and customers.
• Complete three corporate rotations at Headquarters in Stamford, CT.
• Engage in workshops (Excel, public speaking) to develop skills.
• Commit to all four rotations for the full 15-month program.
