Responsibilities

• Participate in a 15-month On-Deck program with four rotations: one 10-week retail rotation and three corporate rotations at the Stamford, CT headquarters.
• Engage in corporate rotations tailored to interests and skills across multiple functions (e.g., Creative & Design, Ecommerce & Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Strategy, Supply Chain & Procurement, Technology & Operations, Human Resources & Retail Operations, Licensing & Wholesale, Merchandising, Planning & Production).
• Attend workshops such as Excel training and public speaking courses to develop communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Work some weekends during the retail rotation and relocate within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
