The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is hiring two Transfer Officers to evaluate transcripts, process transfer credits, and maintain data in the SIS on campus. These are full-time, on-campus roles with a robust benefits package and tuition waivers for employees and dependents.

Salary starts at $45,300.32 annually. Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate domestic and foreign transcripts to determine course equivalencies.
• Process transfer credit evaluations and maintain transfer credit data in the SIS.
• Verify transcript authenticity and institutional accreditation.
• Serve as a resource on transfer policies for the University community.
