Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience at an institution of higher education.
• Experience with automated student information system.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with college level curriculum.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, organized and possess the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for transfer credit evaluation, articulation, CPL, and academic compliance.
• Evaluate and post domestic, international, military, graduate, and prior learning credit.
• Maintain transfer articulation rules and data integrity within MaineStreet.
• Ensure consistent application of University and UM System policies and procedures.
