Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience required; experience with student financial services and collections preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to respond to inquiries across channels.

Responsibilities

• 50% - Processes student refunds and assists with pre-collect and collection activities.
• 35% - Responds to incoming phone calls, chats and emails regarding general office and student account inquiries with excellent service.
• 10% - Manages 1098T processing, account reconciliations, invoices, data audits, and payment plans.
• 5% - Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
