Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled as a degree-seeking student at FGCU at the time of hire.
• Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings and communicate with supervisor.
• Assist with Residence Life operations and duties.
• Support Resident Assistants and training activities.
• Help with planning and execution of events and programs.
• Provide front desk and resident area coverage as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.
