Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled as a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student at Florida Gulf Coast University.
• Minimum of two semesters of experience as a Resident Assistant.
• Must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Must be in good academic and conduct standing with the University.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings and communicate with supervisor about assignments and progress.
• Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks and daily Residence Life operations.
• Monitor and maintain Residence Life documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Campus Reservations to secure spaces for programs and events.
• Assist with Resident Assistant training and development and support training activities.
• Support university and Housing and Residence Life events and programs.
• Assist with health and safety inspections alongside staff and RA teams.
• Support resident check-in/check-out and front desk coverage as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage and assist with planning large-scale programs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
