Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, organizational development, public administration, information systems, data analytics, industrial or systems disciplines, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience analyzing processes, workflows, systems, operations, data, or organizational problems.
• At least 1 year experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support problem-solving or decision-making.
• At least 1 year experience documenting processes, workflows, requirements, procedures, or other complex information.
• At least 1 year experience working collaboratively on projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and document workflows, dependencies, and inefficiencies.
• Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, systems thinking, and problem-solving methods.
• Design future-state processes and evaluate alternatives for effectiveness and user impact.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements and analyze data dependencies.
• Support implementation plans, pilots, testing, rollout, and post-implementation review.
