Job summary

Jobtailor in Idaho is seeking a systems analyst to participate in daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems. You will develop, configure, and deliver new systems supporting core strategies and initiatives, and design, review, and approve specifications, data flows, and change control.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work in teams and independently, and familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
• One year experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing is desired.
• Experience with a business area supported by this position is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to develop general and detailed functional requirements
• Ability to create and perform system testing and report testing results
• Ability to facilitate and carry out system configuration decisions
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems
• Develop, configure, and deliver new systems supporting Cambia Core Strategies and Key Initiatives
• Design, configure, and review or approve functional system specifications, data flows, design alternatives, and change control
• Write and execute ad-hoc reports, queries, and data scripts replicating online functionality
• Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Perform post-implementation QA, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues associated with systems and processes
• Liaise between business areas and DTS counterparts regarding system functionality, modifications, and issue status
• Assist with training and communicating system changes to end-users, front-line staff, management, and stakeholders
• Schedule, organize, and prioritize concurrent work to ensure timely task completion
