Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience desirable.
• 2 years of mailroom or warehouse operations preferred.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute day-to-day mailroom operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff.
• Process receipts for packages and post transactions in ERP systems.
• Manage mail forwarding, readdressing and undeliverable mail.
• Operate the campus mail van as needed and back up courier runs.
• Train staff and update department procedures as required.
