Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college experience is helpful.
• Experience with mailrooms or distribution services is preferred.
• Ability to operate a postage meter and manage inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Sort, screen, and route all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail and packages.
• Receive, document, and distribute mail to students, faculty, and staff.
• Operate the Postage Meter and Notifii Track Management system.
• Process postage sales, handle cash/charges, and maintain drawers.
• Provide customer service at the mailroom window and answer inquiries.
• Deliver and pick up mail on scheduled routes; re-address undeliverable mail.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory records; operate academy mail van.
• Assist with loading/unloading, and maintain a clean warehouse and dock.
