Qualifications

• Oracle experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute day-to-day mailroom operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff for mail and package deliveries and inquiries.
• Process receipts for packages in ERP systems and run financial reports.
• Handle postage sales and mail meter transactions.
• Forward undeliverable mail to the U.S. Post Office and manage mail forwarding for departing faculty.
