Job summary

Phillips Exeter Academy is seeking a part-time Mailroom Courier/Distributor/Central Receiving Support to manage campus mail and packages from the on-campus facility. You will sort, route, and deliver items, while acting as a liaison with the U.S.

Post Office and campus departments. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Experience in mailroom or with inventory systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and route all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail and packages.
• Distribute mail to students, faculty, and staff; operate mailroom equipment.
• Process postage sales, cash and card transactions, and maintain cash drawers.
