• Maintain a TAMIU GPA of 2.0 (undergrad) or 3.0 (graduate).

Responsibilities

• Assist users with account, computer, and telephone issues via email, phone, chat/remote desktop, in person.
• Troubleshoot PCs, Apple systems, and software applications.
• Maintain documentation in the Ticketing Management System; decommission nonfunctional equipment.
