Qualifications

• Candidates must be ECU students in good standing.
• GPA requirement of at least 2.0.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed for IT support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Assist with computer imaging and reimaging, including upgrades.
• Respond to support tickets, walk ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Document work performed in ECU's IT service management system, Team Dynamix.
• Perform basic hardware tasks, such as replacing peripherals and preparing equipment for deployment.
• Provide customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with users.
• Assist ITCS staff with special projects, inventory, and equipment moves.
