City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) is seeking a Federal Work Study – The Digital Den Assistant Aide on the Harry Truman Campus in the Information Tech Department. The role provides essential support for the Digital Den, helping users with computers and software like Brightspace and Zoom, while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The position targets CCC students in good standing, enrolled at least 6 credit hours, and not currently employed full- or part-time by CCC.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be actively attending one of the City Colleges of Chicago
• Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit semester hours
• No full- or part-time CCC employees may apply
• All positions are employment at-will

Responsibilities

• Help students and staff use the center's computers, including Apple, Windows, and software like Brightspace and Zoom
• Make sure all computers and equipment are in working order and report problems
• Restock supplies, keep the space clean, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Assist with workshops and manage sign-in sheets
