Qualifications

• Eligibility: must be 16 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Active enrollment at City Colleges of Chicago.
• Enrolled in minimum 6 semester hours of pre-credit or credit classes.
• Pursuing an approved educational credential, degree, or certificate.
• Maintain minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA (waived for first semester).
• Not a current CCC employee.
• All positions are employment at-will.

Responsibilities

• Assist at reception desk, greeting students, faculty and staff entering office.
• Support day-to-day functions of the Office.
• Provide support on projects and assignments as needed.
• General office duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Adhere to CCC Customer Services Excellence Standards.
• Manage the open computer labs on campus; ensure printers have paper and toner.
• Assist students with basic computer access, MS Office and other related programs.
• Help students log into the computer, printing their homework and resetting passwords.
• Ensure everyone who enters the labs logs into the system.
• Maintain order of lab items.
