Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents (a married couple) to supervise and guide a group of 8-13 students living in a home on campus. The role emphasizes care, mentorship, and a supportive family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The two spouses, married at least two years and both at least 27, will share duties, including devotions, driving, daily routines, and reporting.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
