Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students while fostering a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, transportation, devotional activities, and reporting. Couples must be married at least two years, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
