Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus student homes, supervising and guiding 8–13 students while helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

The position requires a two-person, married couple with adults at least 27 years old. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, devotions, budgeting, and reporting; schedule starts with nine days on, three off,

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role; couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
