• Ability to learn enterprise systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to details; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations.
• Ability to learn PeopleSoft, ImageNow, Tevera, Canvas, Qualtrics Time2Track, and GoReact.

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate and graduate fieldwork administration and student teaching applications.
• Communicate fieldwork protocols and deadlines to students and faculty via email and orientations.
• Support student teaching and fieldwork placements and coordinate with district partners.
• Maintain fieldwork-related data and verify enrollment information.
• Update credential handbooks and related forms; assist with credential workshops.
• Attend program meetings and participate in training sessions.
