Responsibilities

• Manage and support SONIA database as Field Education's primary administrator.
• Serve as help desk for SONIA users and coordinate with the tech team.
• Process referrals and onboard new users.
• Maintain records for sites, contacts, students, and placements.
• Oversee forms, evaluations, and program documentation.
• Coordinate placement assignments and field materials.
• Assist with contracts via Contract+ and affiliation agreements.
• Support field office tasks and events; assist with meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports from SONIA data; support accreditation activities.
