Job summary

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's School of Social Work is seeking a Field Education Program Assistant to manage an online field database, oversee the affiliation agreement process, and support field faculty, students, and agencies onsite in Urbana, IL.

You will administer the SONIA system, coordinate internship placements, assist with documentation, events, travel, meetings, and audits while providing excellent service in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Experience with database management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Internship Management Database (SONIA) and serve as help desk lead.
• Oversee creation and upkeep of forms, evaluations, and program documentation.
• Coordinate placement assignments and materials for field placements.
• Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and field events.
• Assist with accreditation processes and audits.
• Provide program development assistance to Field Education team.
