Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents. Coupled partners will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8-13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

The role requires a two-person married couple, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, activities planning, devotions, and budgeting.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person married couple required for the role.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
