Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents — a two-person, married couple role living on campus to supervise and guide groups of 8–13 students in a family-style home.

Both spouses must be 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Responsibilities include scheduling, devotions, driving, and budgeting. Housing, meals, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
