Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a unique, two-person, married-couple role living on-campus. You will supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, provide care, and support academic and social development in a family-like home.

The position includes on-site housing, meals during duty, and comprehensive benefits as part of total compensation. Applicants must be married for at least two years and meet age/driver eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
