• Developmental courses require a bachelor's degree and demonstrated competency.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides students with a written course syllabus.
• Participates in evaluation of instructional processes and uses innovative strategies to improve learning.
• Maintains accurate and complete course records.
• Performs professional activities and collaborates with the division dean.
• Uses knowledge of diverse communities and learning styles in instruction.
• Participates in student advising and registration.
• Utilizes technology to facilitate learning and data management.
• Meets professional assignments and complies with policies and codes of conduct.
• Promotes the college in the community through marketing activities.
• Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours.
