Qualifications

• 1–3 years in systems monitoring, technical support, IT operations, or equivalent
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Hands‑on knowledge of AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor
• Basic SQL skills for database performance troubleshooting
• Competence with Windows Server administration and IIS

Responsibilities

• Real-time system monitoring across AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor platforms
• Database query optimization and performance diagnostics
• Windows Server infrastructure administration and IIS configuration
