Job summary

• Basic SQL skills for database performance troubleshooting
• Competence with Windows Server administration and IIS

About the role:

• Monitor and maintain system health through availability tracking, performance metrics, and operational alerting
• Respond to infrastructure issues with systematic troubleshooting and root-cause investigation
• Support 24/7 operations including shift work, weekend availability, and on-call rotations
• Manage database performance using SQL and handle Windows Server and IIS administration
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and maintain service quality standards
