• Monitor day-to-day application performance and availability across Unix/Linux, Windows, and cloud environments.
• Respond to alerts from enterprise monitoring tools and coordinate remediation.
• Support incident management and change processes per ITIL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact outages quickly.
