RealmOne is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring continuous monitoring and operation of mission-critical systems. You will perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs and Confluence, keeping systems functional across a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or five years SE experience may substitute.
• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph required

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs.
• Use Confluence sites and historical tickets to restore system.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
