Job summary

IEHP is seeking an Engineer I - Integrated Operations to monitor real-time across Windows and Linux servers, Cisco network environment, and application performance alerts. You will lead first-level triage and coordinate with ITSM and engineering teams to ensure uptime and service continuity.

The role requires familiarity with monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Elastic Search) and scripting (Python, PowerShell), plus DevOps/SRE practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in operational support and monitoring.
• Design/administration of monitoring products.
• Monitoring and config management for scalable environments.
• Basic scripting in Python and PowerShell.
• DevOps and SRE practices understanding.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring and alert response across Windows/Linux servers.
• First-level triage and escalation coordination with ITSM and engineering.
