Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates (interviews, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching).
• Stores food following sanitation procedures and standards.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Explains daily menu items to associates and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours.
• Manages inventory, deliveries, and waste; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
