Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certification is preferred. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires reliable transportation and after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include completing work orders with same-day completion in mind, assisting with inventory, maintaining shop cleanliness, and adhering to company policies. On-site work at BAYVILLE area.

Qualifications

• HVAC skills with CFC certification required.
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills.
• SDS and OSHA knowledge.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call, as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager with inventory control and maintenance materials.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Review work orders daily with the Service Manager.
