Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in, reporting to the Service Manager. HVAC certified preferred; weekend on-call and rotating after-hours are required.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with maintenance tasks, inspecting properties, and ensuring grounds are clean and safe. A valid driver’s license and CDL not required.

Qualifications

• HVAC skills with CFC certification needed or in progress.
• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills are required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA guidelines is preferred.
• CPO certification preferred and training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper with their duties.
• Inspect properties for improvements and reviews with the Service Manager.
• Complete work orders with a same-day completion mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and grounds.
• Follow Maintenance General Operating Policies and safety guidelines.
