Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a friendly server to describe menus, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate billing in a restaurant setting. The role requires long hours, including weekends, with on-call scheduling.

You will coordinate with host staff, bartenders, cooks, and runners to deliver a smooth dining experience. A high school diploma or food safety training is preferred, and legal age to serve alcohol is required.

Qualifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Maintain helpful and service-oriented customer service approach at all times.
Present menus and help customers select food and beverage choices.
Clearly communicate menu items and daily specials to diners.
Make recommendations to customers and answer questions regarding menu items.
Listen to orders and accurately communicate to chefs for preparation.
Deliver food on time and ensure customers have what they need.
Work with hostess, bartenders, cooks and runners to create a pleasant dining experience.
Set up tables before, during, and after the shift for the next diners.
Accurately calculate bills and process payments expeditiously.
