Job summary

Qualifications

• Present menus and help customers select food and beverage options.
• Clearly communicate menu items and daily specials to diners.
• Describe ingredients and specials; answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and relay accurately to kitchen staff.
• Deliver food on time and ensure guests have what they need.
• Handle payments and calculate bills promptly.
• Work with hosts, bartenders, cooks, and runners to ensure a smooth service.
• Maintain clean tables and dining area between shifts.
