Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a restaurant server to deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced dining area. You will present menus, suggest items, take and relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with selections, communicating daily specials, handling payments, and collaborating with other dining room staff.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a courteous, service-oriented approach at all times.
• Must be able to present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.

• Must make recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Responsibilities

• Listen to orders and relay to kitchen accurately.

• Collaborate with hostess, bartenders, cooks and runners to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Set up tables before, during, and after shifts for the next diners.
• Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
• Use professional language with guests at all times.
• Calculate bills, present checks, and process payments promptly.
