Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents, families, and guests in a welcoming environment. You will take accurate orders, serve meals, and ensure a clean and friendly dining room while complying with dietary restrictions and safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting up tables, assisting with room service, and supporting kitchen operations. Must be 18+, have a valid work permit, and pass background checks and TB testing as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; highly preferred.
• Must be 18+ or have work permit.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Basic counting skills for tracking meals/residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and restock dining supplies.
• Assist with room service, trays, and dining setup/reset between shifts.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans as directed by supervisors.
• Report safety or equipment issues and follow all regulations.
