Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is hiring an On Call Server Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team. You will clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with serving beverages and food while upholding the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a fast-paced F&B setting, excellent presentation and English, and flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; command of English.
• Additional language skills are a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, and silver for service and ensure they are polished.
• Clean soiled bar glassware and polish using the bar dish machine.
• Greet guests, serve beverages and food, and anticipate guests' needs.
• Prepare condiments and garnish items.
• Assist guests by carrying food from the kitchen and clearing tables.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and stations.
