Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, seeks an On-Call Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service and culinary knowledge for events. You will communicate guest orders, assist in event setup, and ensure smooth operation of banquets while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Requirements include 6–12 months in restaurant or related field, high school education, and strong English proficiency. Visa sponsorship is not available; this role is on-site in Boston with benefits and training

Qualifications

Must have 6–12 months of restaurant, food & beverage experience or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Working knowledge of restaurant operations and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table; communicate orders to Banquet Manager or kitchen; ensure orders match guest original selections.
Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and decor for each function according to banquet event order.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns promptly; ensure guest satisfaction.
Breakdown and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
