Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly while maintaining residents' dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration across staff and departments.
